The Richmond Forum’s Speech & Debate Initiative strives to make speech and debate activities accessible to all public middle and high schools with the goal to have competitive speech and debate teams in all of the region’s* public middle and high schools by 2025, the 250^th anniversary of Patrick Henry’s “Give me liberty, or give me death” speech at St. John’s Church in Richmond, VA.

Join us for our Cat Herding Scrimmage! And keep an eye out for future RFSDI sponsored scrimmages and tournaments.

Student Congress Legislation Guidelines: Each Student should endeavor to submit a bill (not required, but highly encouraged) on a topic of their choosing.

Email Congress legislation to mason@richmondforum.org by Sunday 12/12. First round of legislation will be emailed out Thursday 12/9, with a second round sent out Monday morning 12/13.
